BACKGROUND:

George brings both a depth & width of experience to hospitality operators in the Upstate & Western NC, having worked in nearly every environment possible – from high end event/wedding venues such as Kiawah Island Resort & Halls Chophouse to running a blue-collar seafood shack and butchery in his home state of Rhode Island.

Prior to joining NRP in 2017, George was enjoying a very successful career as a Restaurant Consultant – and was responsible for several turnaround projects.

What George’s clients appreciate the most is his ability to listen, understand and appreciate the challenges they are facing. But also, being able to simplify the complex strategies they need – whether that be devising an exit strategy or examining the best steps and approaches to building a project or brand from the ground up.

What I Enjoy the Most About NRP and BNB

I’ve always considered what NRP & BNB as very similar to a Financial Advisor for your investment portfolio. Your restaurant business (or businesses) is likely one of your single largest assets. And it’s important to treat it as such. But first you need to understand the value of what you have or what steps you need to take to chart your course in today’s marketplace.
Helping operators connect the dots daily to create the organization or brand they have in their dreams. Or creating a sound plan for the growth or disposition of their business assets to deploy elsewhere. Those are the things that keep me engaged in this business every day.
