B&K Tea Cafe has acquired the former Kung Fu Tea location in Cornelius NC for it’s 5th location in the area.
Anthony Deresh, our Lake Norman specialist, represented the owners of Kung Fu Team in finding a suitable replacement tenant in this key-money acquisition. After a few short months, he got wind that B&K was searching for an additional location, so he reached out to the owners and crafted a deal that worked well for both brands.
